How to set up Active Directory

Prerequisites

Have two Windows Servers (WS) set up You can follow the guide here

We will refer to the Forest as A and the Domain as B

Active Directory setup

1. Setup Forest on A
2. Setup Domain on B
3. Harden the Active Directory on A
4. Harden on both A and then B
5. Monitoring & logging on both A and B

2. Connect Machine to Domain Controller
